I have been singing and performing for over 25 years! A multi-instrumentalist, I play piano/keys, ukulele, mandolin, guitar, banjo and fiddle.
I love (and perform) all kinds of music, from Jazz, Pop and Rock to folk music from Ireland and Eastern Europe including Klezmer and Yiddish song. I have performed in all sorts of venues including: City Hall, 10 Downing Street, Annabelle's Night Club, SOAS, the Jazz Cafe and the Spitz.
Bands / Activities
ZING is my Jazz/Swing band. I work with experienced, professional musicians - great for parties and concerts.
I perform and collaborate with a collection of Jewish and Muslim women - we call ourselves YALLA.
As a singer /songwriter, I write both music and lyrics and perform them as well. If you are looking for a very unusual, creative present for someone special, why not have a song specially written, performed (or recorded) for them? Whether serious or humourous, I will write a song that suits!
A fully qualified and experienced music teacher, I give music and singing lessons to all age groups.
